A nearly week-long search is over after police arrested a suspect in a Lexington shooting.

Police say they arrested 20-year old DeShawn McMullen Tuesday morning at a family member's home.

Police say he'd been on the run since last Wednesday when he reportedly got out of an SUV on Woodhill Drive and fired shots at a woman who was walking down the street with a young child.

No one was hit.

McMullen has been charged with wanton endangerment and other charges.
