Police arrested a suspect more than two months after a man was shot in the head at a Mexican restaurant in Jessamine County.

Investigators say a man was shot at Mi Pequena Hacienda in Brannon Crossing on October 29th.

Police now accuse 30-year-old Frederick Lester of assault.

Police say they took the bullet from the victim's head and used ballistics tests to link it to Lester's gun.
