Lexington Police say a man who robbed a pizza delivery driver Monday night didn't have much time to spend the money.

He's now in jail.

The driver was from the Papa John's on Rose and Avenue of the Champions.

But the robbery didn't happen there.

Police say the female driver was delivering a pizza on Delcamp Drive when a man at a home approached her with a gun and a bag and demanded money.

Police went back to that area.

They say they found and arrested 39-year-old Bernie Haddix in the robbery.
