Arrangements Set For Former Blue Grass Airport Director

Plans are set to remember former Blue Grass Airport Executive Director Michael Gobb.

He was found dead in his apartment September 11th at the age of 50.

The Fayette County Coroner said no foul play was suspected.  The cause and manner of death weren't released pending toxicology results.

A visitation is planned for Friday, September 27th from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Aviation Museum located at 4029 Airport Road in Lexington.

A celebration of Michael Gobb is planned for Saturday, September 28th beginning at 10:30 a.m. at First United Methodist Church at 4131 Old Todds Road in Lexington.

Memorial contributions in Michael Gobb's name should be sent to Kentucky United Methodist Home for Children and Youth in Versailles, KY and the Hope Center in Lexington.
