Lexington police say two people got into an argument in front of anapartment complex at 415 N. Martin Luther King just before midnight. One of the residents came out and told them to quiet down and police say he then got into an argument with the two men and that's when one of them went to a car, got a gun, and started firing shots toward the resident. No one was hit but one of the bullets went into an apartment and landed on a couch.

Police are still searching for the shooter who fled the scene.
