April Hearing Set As Steve Nunn Tries To Withdraw His Guilty Plea

A hearing is scheduled April 24th as Steve Nunn tries to withdraw his guilty plea in the shooting death of his ex-fiance Amanda Ross in Lexington.
'Official' word came Wednesday that former state lawmaker Steve Nunn had asked to withdraw his guilty plea in the 2009 shooting death of his ex-fiance Amanda Ross in Lexington, according to court documents obtained by ABC 36 News.

The son of former Kentucky Governor Louie Nunn, pleaded guilty to the murder in 2013 and was sentenced to life in prison.

A hearing on his request to withdraw his plea is scheduled for April 24, 2014 in Fayette Circuit Court.
