As the Fourth of July holiday approaches, another Lincoln County city is banning fireworks.

Stanford made the announcement Thursday.

The hot and dry conditions are creating fire concerns across the Bluegrass.

It comes a day after the City of Hustonville announced a ban on fireworks.
