Accident Kills Man in Rockcastle County

 Kentucky State Police said drugs, alcohol and a cell phone are all suspected factors in a fatal accident in Rockcastle County.
 Police were called to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Kentucky 1326 in Mount Vernon at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
 Police said 20-year-old Cody Delph of Mount Vernon left the roadway in his pick-up, hit an embankment and overturned.
 The coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
 Police said Delph was not wearing a seatbelt.
