In Henry County... a man is arrested after a homeowner holds him at gunpoint.... for allegedly trying to steal an ATV. State troopers say the homeowner caught 35-year-old David Shirley trying to hot wire his ATV in his driveway Wednesday afternoon. Troopers say the homeowner held a gun on Shirley until police arrived. Shirley is in the Carroll County detention center.... charged with theft by unlawful taking.
