Cold conditions persist with winds out of the northwest at 8-12 mph for your Sunday. Partly cloudy skies with some sunshine by lunch, but remaining very cold. Afternoon highs will only reach 35 degrees. Sunday night is mostly dry with partly cloudy skies, overnight lows drop back down to the mid 20s.  For Monday, partly cloudy to start with clouds building in for the afternoon.  Highs will be slightly warmer as winds shift out of the southeast bringing afternoon highs up to the low 40s.  A wintry mixture will move in after dinner on Monday evening with a half of an inch likely accumulation.
