The 911 call from a Corbin shooting Monday afternoon has been released.

The News Journal in Corbin posted the audio recording on its website. Listening to the tape you can hear a man identify himself as the accused shooter, Bill Cox. He then tells dispatchers that he shot and killed his 15-year-old daughter's boyfriend, Ryan Abner.

The phone call lasts several minutes. Toward the end you can hear Cox's daughter screaming at her father for shooting Abner.

Corbin is accused of murder and wanton endangerment because his daughter and her child were nearby.
