The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says a third person has been arrested after a baby was burned while drinking drain cleaner.

Deputies along with the US Marshall's Fugitive Task Force arrested Krystal E Hampton Wednesday afternoon at a home in McCreary County.

She was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging her with controlled substance endangerment to a child 2nd degree, which is a class B felony.

The charges come after deputies say a 20-month-old child accidentally drank drain cleaner last week.

Investigators say the boy drank 'liquid fire' from a cup at a neighbor's home and burned his mouth, face and chest as he dropped the cup.

Deputies say the baby is recovering and is now with family members.

Deputies arrested the child's parents, Curtis Anderson and Brittany Helton, on Tuesday.

Investigators had also put out warrants out for Hampton and Brian Herrin.

Deputies say the incident happened at Herrin's house and that he faces meth charges.

Deputies are still looking for Herrin.
