3 Arrested for Allegedly Leaving Used Syringes Around 7-Year-Old

Three London residents were taken into custody early Wednesday for reportedly leaving their used, uncapped syringes around a seven-year-old in a Laurel County motel.
Three London residents were taken into custody early Wednesday for reportedly leaving their used, uncapped syringes around a seven-year-old in a Laurel County motel.

The Sheriff's Office said when they arrived at the motel at around 4:45am, they found drug paraphernalia in the suspects' room and discovered the needles laying within arm's reach of a small play tent, where the child was sleeping.

29-year-old Raymond Eggers, 28-year-old Savannah Hill and 51-year-old Sally Hill were all charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Social services were called to the scene and the seven-year-old was given to his father.
