2012 Toys For Tots Goal: 100,000 Toys

The 61st annual Toys For Tots Drive in central and eastern Kentucky is bigger than ever.

Last year, 60,000 toys were distributed.

This year, 3 new counties have been added to the distribution list.

The local campaign serves children in 16 counties overall: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Fleming, Franklin, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Powell, Harrison, Pulaski, and Woodford.

The goal is to distribute 100,000 toys.

New, unwrapped toys can be placed in collection boxes at Toys R Us, Target, S&S Tire, and Big Lots.
