Richmond police said they received a complaint Wednesday that a woman was walking around naked close to South Maple and State Street.

When they got there, they said they found 40-year-old James Phelps naked from the waist down, allegedly having sex with 25-year-old Erin Murphy on the hood of a vehicle.

Murphy and Phelps were arrested and charged with prostitution and indecent exposure.

Murphy was also charged with alcohol intoxication.

Probably because she was the one walking around naked in public soliciting sex from strangers... Rest assured, if he had been the one walking around naked to begin with, we would be seeing his mug shot and chances are no one would have been willing to have sexy with him...

Why is the newsmedia only showing the woman's picture? The guy was certainly involved so I think that you need to put his picture up as well.
