14 Arrested in Whitley Co. Drug Roundup

A team effort by State Police, the Whitley County Sheriff's Department and Williamsburg Police resulted in 14 drug-related arrests Tuesday, according to officials.

The arrests from operation "Strike Out" included...

• Anthony Morgan, 31; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Valerie King, 23; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Ronnie Marlow, 47; charged with trafficking in controlled substance, first-degree
• Janet Ball, 47; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Sonia Watkins, 43; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree
• Anthony Damron, 22; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Timothy Bays, 39; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree
• Mark Brimm, 43; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Chester McKiddy, 37; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Darrin Martin, 49; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree
• Jeff Combs, 48; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Billie J. Satterfield, 40; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Jim Collett, 60; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree
• Norman McKiddy, 69; charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree

According to officers, this makes the fourth roundup of 2014, bringing the total number of arrests to 53.

They said that total does not include arrests from traffic stops, tips from the public or catching meth cooks in the act.
