There’s just something special about hand-made. This week, on Kentucky’s Backroads, we venture to Bob Neal’s workshop in Wayne County where he makes knives.
After a life of building houses and making donuts, creating knives has been what’s filled the 76 year old handyman’s time.
He spends a lot of time on each knife he makes. "It's a terrible long time, but I don't know exact hours, you know,” said Bob.
He is known for the unique handles and many of his knives are curved. "I love old bones mighty well,” Bob said with a smile as he showed off his supply.
