The Alltech Arena at The Kentucky Horse Park was wall-to-wall with nearly 5,000 4th graders from Fayette and 7 surrounding counties.
The event is part of the Kentucky Horse Park Literacy Program.
This year, the students read "War Horse" which is based on a fictional horse who taken from his master and thrust into the midst of war.
The Kentucky Horse Park then rewarded the students by choreographing an equine show to complement the book's storyline.
