Police accuse a woman of driving under the influence after a crash in Rowan County. Kentucky State Police say Jordan Setters' car went off McBrayer Road and hit a tree, just before six this morning. Police say setters and her passenger, Jayla Crouch, suffered minor injuries. They're now out of the hospital. Police have charged Setters of driving under the influence and driving without insurance.
